Public Utilities Code section 99630

Two hundred twentynine million dollars ($229,000,000) shall be allocated to the Los Angeles County Transportation Commission, for expenditure on rail projects within Los Angeles County as follows:

(a)

Not less than eighty million dollars ($80,000,000) thereof shall be allocated for Metro Rail.

(b)

Not less than eighty million dollars ($80,000,000) thereof shall be allocated for rail projects other than Metro Rail within Los Angeles County.
