Public Utilities Code section 130053

The Riverside County Transportation Commission shall consist of the following regular members:

(a)

Five members of the Riverside County Board of Supervisors.

(b)

One member from each incorporated city in Riverside County, each of whom shall be a mayor or city council member.

(c)

One nonvoting member appointed by the Governor.
