Public Resources Code section 75250.1

(a)

The Strategic Growth Council may authorize advance payments on a grant awarded under Section 75250 in accordance with Section 11019.1 of the Government Code.

(b)

This section shall become inoperative on July 1, 2025, and, as of January 1, 2026, is repealed.
