Public Resources Code section 75218.2

(a)

For notices of funding availability released from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2026, inclusive, the council may include guidelines or criteria for the award of funds to projects that provide home ownership opportunities for low-income individuals.

(b)

For notices of funding availability within the AHSC Housing Allocation released on or after July 1, 2026, the committee may include guidelines or criteria for the award of funds to projects that provide home ownership opportunities for low-income individuals.
