Public Resources Code section 7056.5

The provisions of Section 7051 to 7056, inclusive, shall apply to operating agreements and all other types of agreements entered into by the agencies mentioned in Section 7056 for the purposes described in Section 7051.
This section does not constitute a change in, but is declaratory of, the pre-existing law.
