Public Resources Code section 5818.1

(a)

The Coastal Wetlands Fund is hereby established in the State Treasury and shall be an interest-bearing fund administered by the Department of Fish and Game.

(b)

Effective June 30, 2024, the Coastal Wetlands Fund, established pursuant to subdivision (a), is abolished and any remaining balance, assets, liabilities, and encumbrances shall revert to the General Fund.
