Public Resources Code section 5156

Expenditures authorized by Section 5155, may be made from any one of the following funds:

(a)

The general fund of the county.

(b)

The proceeds of any county bond issue voted for the purpose of acquiring lands or improving or maintaining them as a public park within the county, or from any other fund available for such purposes.
