Public Resources Code section 5080.02

As used in this article, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

(a)

“Board” means the State Public Works Board.

(b)

“Commission” means the State Park and Recreation Commission.

(c)

“Contract” means a contract for the construction, maintenance, and operation of a concession.
