Public Resources Code section 48007

(a)

Recycled materials and inert waste removed from the waste stream and not disposed of in a solid waste landfill shall not be included for the purpose of assessing fees imposed pursuant to Section 48000.

(b)

This section shall become operative on the operative date of the regulations adopted by the board pursuant to Section 48007.5.
