Public Resources Code section 42283.5

(a)

A store, as defined in paragraph (5) of subdivision (f) of Section 42280, shall comply with the same requirements of Section 42283 that are imposed upon a store, as defined in paragraphs (1) to (4), inclusive, of subdivision (f) of Section 42280.

(b)

This section shall become operative on January 1, 2026.
