Public Resources Code section 33813

The conservancy shall carry out programs, projects, and activities to further the conservancy’s purposes specified in Section 33812. This may include any one, any combination, or all of the following:

(a)

Expending funds and awarding grants and loans to develop and implement programs and projects that are designed to further the conservancy’s purposes specified in Section 33812.

(b)

Engaging community members and stakeholders.

(c)

Identifying and working to resolve any barriers or impediments to the conservancy’s progress, including capacity or organizational deficiencies.
