Public Contract Code section 10828

Notwithstanding any other law, commencing January 1, 2024, the California State University shall not approve a health benefit plan contract for employees that does not comply with the contraceptive coverage requirements of Section 1367.25 and 1367.255 of the Health and Safety Code, and Section 10123.1945 and 10123.196 of the Insurance Code.
