Probate Code section 2350

As used in this chapter:

(a)

“Conservator” means the conservator of the person.

(b)

“Guardian” means the guardian of the person.

(c)

“Residence” does not include a regional center established pursuant to Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 4620) of Division 4.5 of the Welfare and Institutions Code.
