Probate Code section 1980

(a)

By enacting this chapter, it is the Legislature’s intent to enact a modified version of the Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act.

(b)

This chapter may be cited as the “California Conservatorship Jurisdiction Act.”
