Probate Code section 13205.5

(a)

If proceedings for the administration of the decedent’s estate are commenced, a transferee may voluntarily return transferred property to the decedent’s estate for administration.

(b)

The property to be restored to the estate under this section shall be reduced or increased as provided in Section 13208.5.
