Probate Code section 13110.5

(a)

If proceedings for the administration of a decedent’s estate are commenced, a transferee may voluntarily return transferred property to the decedent’s estate for administration.

(b)

The property to be restored to the estate under this section shall be reduced or increased as provided in Section 13113.5.
