Penal Code section 29030

In this chapter, “licensee” means a person, firm, or corporation that satisfies both of the following:

(a)

Has a license issued pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 29050.

(b)

Is among those recorded in the centralized list specified in Section 29060.
