Penal Code section 27534.2

The Department of Justice is authorized to adopt regulations to implement Section 27533, 27534, 27534.1, and 31910. Regulations adopted pursuant to those sections are exempt from the Administrative Procedure Act (Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code).
