Penal Code section 13835.6

(a)

The Office of Emergency Services, in cooperation with representatives from local victim and witness assistance centers, shall develop standards defining the activities and services enumerated in this article.

(b)

The Office of Emergency Services, in cooperation with representatives from local victim and witness assistance centers, shall develop a method of evaluating the activities and performance of centers established pursuant to this article.
