Labor Code section 4757

(a)

The Legislature finds and declares that the changes made by the act that added this section are procedural and shall apply to all claims for SIBTF benefits, as defined in Section 4750 of the Labor Code, for which there is not a final determination as of the date this section is operative.

(b)

Subdivision (a) does not apply to Section 4754.2 of the Labor Code as added by the act that added this section.
