Labor Code section 3112.1

Eligible activities for apprenticeship innovation funding training funds shall include, but are not limited to, all of the following:

(a)

Development of courses.

(b)

Classroom instruction.

(c)

Equipment specifically for classroom training.

(d)

Instructor salaries.

(e)

Curriculum design.

(f)

Administration of transitioning courses to for-credit college course.
