Insurance Code section 1850.4

In this chapter “casualty insurance” means all classes of insurance to which the provisions of this chapter are applicable and which are included within Section 105, 107, 108, 110, 112, 113, 115, and, when written by insurers not admitted to transact fire or marine insurance, Section 111, 114, 116, 118, and 120.
