Insurance Code section 1775.7

The money in the Insurance Tax Fund received from the commissioner pursuant to Section 1775.6 is hereby appropriated as follows:

(a)

To pay the refunds authorized by this chapter.

(b)

The balance of the money in the fund shall, on order of the Controller, be transferred to the State General Fund.
