Insurance Code section 11890

As used in this chapter:

(a)

“Long-term health care facility” has the same meaning as that term is defined in Section 1418 of the Health and Safety Code.

(b)

“Residential care facilities for the elderly” has the same meaning as that term is defined in Section 1569.2 of the Health and Safety Code.
