Health and Safety Code section 50834.5

(a)

The department may authorize advance payments on a contract or grant awarded under this chapter, to the extent permitted under federal law, in accordance with Section 11019.1 of the Government Code.

(b)

This section shall remain in effect only until July 1, 2025, and as of that date is repealed.
