Health and Safety Code section 38073

The department shall comply with Section 38030, 38031, 38032, 38035, and 38036, Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 38020) and Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 38040) of Division 25, and the grievance and appeal provisions set forth in Section 38036, Division 25.1 (commencing with Section 38050), and Article 4 (commencing with Section 19130) of Chapter 5 of Part 2 of Division 5 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
