Health and Safety Code section 25299.101

(a)

The board shall conduct a loan program pursuant to this chapter, to assist small businesses in upgrading, replacing, or removing project tanks to comply with Chapter 6.7 (commencing with Section 25280), Section 41954, and implementing regulations.

(b)

The board shall also conduct a grant program, pursuant to this chapter, to assist small businesses to upgrade, remove, or replace project tanks to comply with Chapter 6.7 (commencing with Section 25280), Section 41954, and implementing regulations.
