Health and Safety Code section 25200.01

(a)

The department shall, consistent with subdivision (d) of Section 25112.5, submit to the Department of Justice fingerprint images and related information required by the Department of Justice for all employees of the department with hazardous waste facilities permit review duties under this article pursuant to subdivision (u) of Section 11105 of the Penal Code.

(b)

The Department of Justice shall provide a state- or federal-level response pursuant to subdivision (p) of Section 11105 of the Penal Code.
