Health and Safety Code section 25167.4

For purposes of this article, the following terms have the following meaning:

(a)

“Vehicle” means a truck, trailer, semitrailer, or cargo tank. “Vehicle” does not include a truck tractor unless it is capable of containing a portion of the cargo.

(b)

“Container” means a portable tank, intermediate bulk container, or rolloff bin.
