Health and Safety Code section 25110.9

(a)

“Conditionally exempt small quantity treatment” means the operations of a generator conditionally exempted pursuant to subdivision (a) of Section 25201.5.

(b)

“Conditionally exempt specified waste stream” means a waste stream treated by a generator conditionally exempted pursuant to subdivision (c) of Section 25201.5.
