Health and Safety Code section 14899

Upon the conclusion of the hearing the board shall allow or overrule any or all objections, whereupon the board shall acquire jurisdiction to proceed and perform the work of removal, and the decision of the board on the matter is final, except as provided in Section 14920 and 14921 of this code.
