Health and Safety Code section 1385.13

The department shall do all of the following in a manner consistent with applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations:

(a)

Provide data to the United States Secretary of Health and Human Services on health care service plan rate trends in premium rating areas.

(b)

Commencing with the creation of the Exchange, provide to the Exchange such information as may be necessary to allow compliance with federal law, rules, regulations, and guidance.
