Health and Safety Code section 130400

(a)

This division shall be known, and may be cited as, the Golden Bear State Pharmacy Assistance Program.

(b)

As used in this division:

(1)

“Department” means the State Department of Health Services.

(2)

“Fund” means the Golden Bear State Pharmacy Assistance Program Rebate Fund.

(3)

“Medicare beneficiary” means a Medicare beneficiary who is a California resident.
