Health and Safety Code section 130303

It is the intent of the Legislature that the office make awards in compliance with the following:

(a)

The awards are made to demonstration projects in California.

(b)

The awards are prioritized for public and private nonprofit entities.

(c)

The awards include, but are not limited to, awards to public institutions in both northern and southern California.
