Health and Safety Code section 127640

For purposes of this chapter:

(a)

“Abortion” has the same meaning as defined in Section 123464.

(b)

“Department” means the Department of Health Care Access and Information, or any other entity within, and as designated by, the California Health and Human Services Agency.

(c)

“Fund” means the Abortion Access Fund established pursuant to Section 127641.
