Health and Safety Code section 120345

The immunizations required by Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 120325, but excluding Section 120380) and required by Section 120400, 120405, 120410, and 120415 may be obtained from any private or public source desired if the immunization is administered and records are made in accordance with regulations of the department.
