Health and Safety Code section 111922.3

(a)

A hemp manufacturer who produces raw extract that will only be used for dietary supplements, foods, beverages, and cosmetics, or a hemp manufacturer who produces industrial hemp products shall comply with this chapter and, to the extent applicable, this part.

(b)

A hemp manufacturer who produces processed pet food products shall comply with this chapter and Chapter 10 (commencing with Section 113025) of Part 6 and shall follow good manufacturing practices pursuant to those provisions.
