Harbors and Navigation Code section 5913

The hearing, investigation, determination and findings of the board of supervisors shall be conducted and made in accordance with the provisions of Section 5835 to 5841, inclusive, of this part, which sections are incorporated herein to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.
