Government Code section 7929.405

Except as provided in Section 7924.510, 7924.700, and 7929.610, this division does not require disclosure of records of the State Compensation Insurance Fund that relate to discussions, communications, or any other portion of negotiations with entities contracting or seeking to contract with the fund, and any related deliberations.
