Government Code section 7599.104

For the purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply:

(a)

“Board” means the board of directors as described in Section 7599.101.

(b)

“Green Empowerment Zone for the Northern Waterfront area of the County of Contra Costa,” “Green Empowerment Zone,” “empowerment zone,” or “zone” means a zone authorized and established pursuant to Section 7599.100.
