Government Code section 63088

(a)

This chapter shall be known, and may be cited, as the Small Business Financial Assistance Act of 2013.

(b)

Notwithstanding any other provision of this division, this chapter shall not apply to any other activities, powers, and duties of the bank under any of the other chapters of this division.
