Government Code section 50837

The board shall make an annual report in June to the legislative body of the local agency. The report shall state:

(a)

The condition of the fund.

(b)

The receipts and disbursements on account of the fund.

(c)

A list of the beneficiaries of the fund and the amounts paid them.
