Government Code section 16329

Subdivision (d) of Section 36 of Article XIII of the California Constitution created the Local Revenue Fund 2011 in the State Treasury. Notwithstanding any law, the Controller may use the funds in the Local Revenue Fund 2011 for cashflow loans to the General Fund as provided in Section 16310 and 16381.
