Government Code section 12711

For purposes of this chapter, the following definitions apply:

(a)

“Center” means a farmworker resource center.

(b)

“Department” means the Department of Community Services and Development.

(c)

“Program” means the grant program established and administered by the department pursuant to this chapter.
