Government Code section 11017.6
(a)
A schedule which describes the rulemaking necessary to implement statutes enacted during the previous year. The schedule shall include the projected dates on which the agency plans to:(1)
Publish the notice of proposed action for each rulemaking.(2)
Schedule a public hearing if one is required or requested.(3)
Adopt the regulations.(4)
Submit the regulations to the office for review.(b)
A schedule which describes all other rulemaking the agency plans to propose, to implement or interpret other statutes enacted during years prior to the previous year. The schedule shall contain the same information concerning rulemaking as is required in the schedule prepared under subdivision (a), and a report on the status of all uncompleted rulemaking that was described on previous calendars.
