Food and Agricultural Code section 9941

(a)

The State Veterinarian may designate approved veterinarians to buy, possess, or use tuberculosis tests and may suspend or revoke that designation.

(b)

The State Veterinarian may designate a duly authorized representative of the department or of the United States Department of Agriculture to possess or use tuberculosis tests and may suspend or revoke that designation.
