Food and Agricultural Code section 78486

One nonvoting member of the council may be appointed by the secretary to represent each of the following entities:

(a)

The department.

(b)

The Department of Fish and Game.

(c)

The California Sea Grant Program.

(d)

The State Department of Health Services.
