Food and Agricultural Code section 64222

Records kept pursuant to Section 64221 shall be all of the following:

(a)

In a form, and containing all information, relevant to the purposes of this chapter, that the secretary may, by order or regulation, prescribe.

(b)

Preserved for a period of two years.

(c)

Open to inspection at any time on the request of the secretary.
