Food and Agricultural Code section 58660

It is hereby declared, as a matter of legislative determination, that the amendments of the statutory predecessor of Section 58651 to 58653, inclusive, (former Section 1300.10) which were made at the 1959 General Session are enacted in the exercise of the power of this state for the purpose of protecting and furthering the public health and welfare.
