Food and Agricultural Code section 57101

“Dairy produce exchange” means any association of persons which is organized for the following purposes:

(a)

Furnishing a medium for trading in butter, cheese, or eggs.

(b)

Facilitating the marketing of any such product.

(c)

Establishing the wholesale market value of any such product.
